Pool Water does not collect, transmit, or sell any personal information. There is no account to create, no sign-in, and no server that receives your data.
The pools you add, the water test readings you enter, your language choice, and your light/dark preference are saved only on your own device. They are never uploaded to us or to anyone else.
If you have Android's backup feature turned on, Android may include this data in your own Google account backup so it can be restored to a new phone. That backup is between you and Google; we have no access to it. You can turn it off in your phone's system settings.
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored on your device. You can also delete individual pools and readings inside the app at any time.
The one-time unlock is processed by Google Play. We never see or receive your payment details. Google tells the app only whether the unlock was purchased. Google's handling of that transaction is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.
The app requests the billing permission required by Google Play to offer the one-time unlock. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or files.
There are none. The app contains no analytics SDK, no advertising SDK, and no third-party trackers.
Pool Water is a tool for pool maintenance and is not directed at children. It collects no information from anyone, including children.
If a future version of the app starts handling data differently, this page will be updated before that version is released.
